01 DISPATCH PROTOCOL

When will my order be dispatched?

Every order is prepared and packed at R&R HQ and dispatched within 2 working days. Made-to-order and commission products may take a little longer. Where this applies, the estimated dispatch time will be shown on the product page.

02 DELIVERY PROCEDURE

How does delivery work?

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail using your chosen postage method. Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may increase during busy periods.

03 CASE REVERSAL

Need to return something?

Please consult our full returns policy. If you contact us about a return, include your order number so we can locate the relevant evidence quickly.

04 DAMAGED / MISSING EVIDENCE

Something gone wrong?

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number. If something arrives damaged, please also send photographs of the item and its packaging so we can investigate.
