These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the R&R Investigations website and to purchases made through our online store.
R&R Investigations is operated by R. Thirteen Graves, sole trader.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our products
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately.
Product photographs, illustrations and mock-ups are intended to give a fair representation of the item. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.
Product dimensions, materials, finishes, edition information and other relevant specifications are provided on the applicable product page wherever appropriate.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the product may occur as a result of printing, finishing, framing or other production processes.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
3. Prices
Prices displayed on the website are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
The price payable for a product will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to the correction of genuine and obvious errors.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
If we become aware of an obvious pricing error before accepting an order, we may contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
We will not add optional charges without your consent.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected goods from us.
You are responsible for checking your order details, including products, quantities, options and delivery information, before submitting the order.
After an order is submitted, you should receive an order confirmation by email.
A contract between you and R&R Investigations is formed when we accept your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due back to you will be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the applicable payment provider.
We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.
Your order may be subject to fraud-prevention or payment-authorisation checks.
6. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it.
Where an ordered product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where we cannot fulfil the order, refund the amount paid for that item.
Limited-edition products may not be replaceable once an edition has sold out.
7. Limited editions
Where a product is described as a limited edition, relevant edition information will be provided on the product page.
Once the stated edition has been produced or sold, we will not represent further copies as belonging to that same limited edition.
Any signing or numbering arrangements applicable to an edition will be described on the relevant product page.
Being a limited-edition product does not remove or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
8. Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes are provided during the ordering process and/or on our Delivery & Returns page.
We aim to dispatch orders within the timescales stated on the website.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Unless a different period has been agreed with you, goods should normally be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address when ordering.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

9. Risk in the goods
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to another person identified by you to receive them, except where you independently arrange delivery using a carrier not offered by us.
Once the goods have been delivered in accordance with the contract, responsibility for looking after them passes to you.
10. Cancelling an order and changing your mind
UK consumers purchasing eligible goods online normally have a statutory right to cancel without giving a reason during the applicable cancellation period.
For most eligible goods, you have 14 days after receiving them to tell us that you wish to cancel. Further rules apply regarding returning the goods and receiving your refund.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions reduces any cancellation rights provided to you by law.
11. Personalised or custom goods
The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Where a product falls within this exception, we will make this clear where applicable.
This does not affect your rights where personalised or custom goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
12. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us.
Depending on the circumstances, UK consumer law may entitle you to remedies including a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Our Refunds & Returns Policy contains further information about reporting problems with an order.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights or remedies available to you under consumer law.
13. Returns and refunds
Our Refunds & Returns Policy explains:
* statutory cancellation rights;
* how and when to notify us of a return;
* return timescales;
* responsibility for return postage;
* refunds;
* faulty or damaged goods; and
* personalised or custom-made items.
The Refunds & Returns Policy should be read together with these Terms & Conditions.
If there is any conflict between these terms and rights given to you by law, your statutory rights take precedence.
14. Promotions, discounts and offers
Promotional codes, discounts and special offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may end or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, but this will not affect orders that have already been validly accepted under the promotion.
Any promotional advertising will be presented in accordance with applicable consumer law.
15. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original R&R Investigations branding, layout, written material, original illustrations, photographs and other original content are owned by or licensed to R&R Investigations and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the artwork to the purchaser.
You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute or create unauthorised copies of R&R Investigations' protected original material merely because you have purchased a physical product.
References to third-party characters, names, trademarks, imagery or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable.
Nothing in these terms claims ownership over intellectual property belonging to third parties.
16. Acceptable use of the website
You must not deliberately misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
You may browse the website and make purchases for lawful personal or business purposes subject to these terms.
17. Third-party services and links
Our website may contain links to or functionality supplied by third parties, including payment providers, delivery providers, social-media platforms and other online services.
We are not responsible for the independent websites, privacy practices or content of third parties that we do not control.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms.
18. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
If you purchase products primarily for business or commercial purposes rather than as a consumer, different legal rules may apply.
19. Events outside our reasonable control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control where the law permits.
If such circumstances materially affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep you informed where appropriate.
Your statutory rights, including rights relating to significantly delayed delivery, are not affected.

Our website also uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our privacy and cookie information.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example where our business practices, website or applicable law changes.
The terms applying to your purchase will normally be those in force when the contract for that order was made.
The latest version will be made available on our website.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
23. Governing law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of any mandatory protections available under the law applicable to you.
We hope that any problem can be resolved directly. Please contact us first if you have a complaint or dispute concerning an order.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any right you may have to bring proceedings in an appropriate court.
