01 ARE THESE PHYSICAL PRODUCTS?

Yes. Unless a product is specifically described otherwise, you're buying a physical item that will be packed and dispatched to you. No suspicious PDF will materialise in your inbox.

02 WHO CREATES THE ARTWORK?

R&R is a creative partnership, and each piece is created by us as part of our own strange little archive of illustrations and investigations.

03 WHAT PAPER DO YOU USE FOR ART PRINTS?

Our current art prints are produced on heavyweight 265gsm professional satin photo paper, giving them a subtle lustre finish, crisp detail, rich colour, and deep blacks.

04 WHAT SIZE WILL MY PRINT BE?

Available sizes are shown on each product page. Please check the selected size before ordering, as the artwork and proportions may vary slightly between formats.

05 CAN I BUY MY PRINT FRAMED?

Where a framed option is available, you'll be able to select it directly on the product page. Frames are glossy black with MDF back and plastic face.

06 WILL THE COLOURS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THEY DO ON MY SCREEN?

We work hard to represent our artwork accurately, but screens display colour differently. Small variations in colour and brightness between your screen and the finished product are therefore normal.

07 HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED?

Orders are packed carefully at R&R HQ using packaging appropriate to the product. The aim is simple: keep the evidence protected until it reaches you.

08 HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Processing and delivery times are explained on our Delivery & Returns page. Product pages will also flag anything that requires a longer preparation time.

09 WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DOESN'T ARRIVE?

Please contact us with your order number. If something has arrived damaged, photographs of the item and packaging are very helpful so we can investigate and put things right.

10 CAN I RETURN AN ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Eligible orders can be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please check the full policy for the applicable timescales, exclusions and return procedure.

11 WHAT DOES LIMITED EDITION MEAN?

If a product is sold as a limited edition, the product listing will explain the edition size and any relevant signing or numbering information. Once a genuinely limited edition is exhausted, that edition will not simply be restarted.

12 WILL SOLD-OUT ARTWORK COME BACK?

Sometimes standard products return after a restock. Limited editions are different: once the stated edition has gone, it stays closed. Keep an eye on the archive for fresh evidence.
